If the ordered product for some reasons turned out to be wrong, you can use free return goods within 30 days of purchase!
In the event of a complaint, you can also take advantage of the free return within the period specified in the product warranty period.

Step-by-step return of goods

3. Send the package
After accepting the application, you will receive a return code, with which you will send the parcel at any parcel locker.
4. Wait for decisions
You will receive a decision within 14 days of receiving the parcel. However, it usually takes us up to 7 working days

The right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Remember, however, that the goods cannot have any traces of use. To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision within 30 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you physically received / received the purchased goods. We consider it as an unequivocal statement to register the return on our purchase return page (and we recommend this form). The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to the Buyer in the cases specified in detail in art. 38 sec. 1 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.
In accordance with the law, withdrawing from the contract of sale is liable for reducing the value of the purchased product, if he used it in a way that went beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In this case, we will refund the amount of the refund for the product purchased by you, reduced accordingly. Also remember that, according to consumer law, some products are not covered by the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (possibility of return). This includes, but is not limited to, the following products: - products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery, e.g. vaporizers, toothbrushes, epilators, shavers.
Refund
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you the amount paid for the goods and the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our store), within 7 days, and in any case not later, than within 14 days from the date on which we received the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or provide proof of their return.
If you choose to return via our website to return your purchases, the proof of return of the returned goods will be the status of the return shipment, which we will receive automatically after reporting the return.
The payment will be refunded using the same payment methods as in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The buyer is responsible for reducing the value of the returned products as a result of using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. We reserve the right to claim damages against the Consumer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Return
Returned items should be sent back or handed over to our store immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is considered met if the item is returned before the expiry of the 14-day period.
In the return system, we provide the possibility of free and paid return of the returned products. You can also send the returned goods yourself (not using the return system), at your own cost and risk.

What goods cannot be returned?
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or
for hygiene reasons, the packaging of which was opened after delivery (e.g. medicinal products, supplements, wet wipes)
