Questions at the stage of order fulfillment
As many as 96% of orders placed before 12:00 on working days are shipped on the same day.
This means that if you have chosen domestic shipping via InPost or DPD, the parcel will most likely arrive the next business day.
If you choose Paczka w Ruchu (Orlen Paczka), the implementation usually takes one day longer.
The shipping cost depends on the value of the order. The current cost is calculated automatically on the product page and the order page.

We carry out shipment to all European Union countries in cooperation with the courier company UPS.
Expense such shipping pre-paid is the only one 44,97zł.
Of course, all you need to do is provide the recipient's details, choose a shipping method and complete your order.
You will receive further notifications and instructions by e-mail.
We will notify you via e-mail in a separate message about the change of the shipment status.
After the order has shipped, you will receive a message with the title:
"FilarZdrowia.pl - purchase document and tracking information"
You will find there such information as: tracking number, purchase document and the current location of the shipment.
If your payment has not been processed, you can use one of two solutions.
You can complete the payment using the link provided by the payment operator or regenerate the order.
If no payment is made within 14 days of placing the order, your order will be automatically canceled.
To order a product that is not currently in stock, you can do it in two ways:
- subscribe to the list of waiting for a product by clicking the button next to the image of the product with the text: "Notify about availability".
You will then receive an e-mail information about the availability of the goods as soon as our stocks are replenished. This way, you will be able to complete the purchase yourself. - make such a request via the chat window at the bottom of the page.
We offer personal pickup of goods in Szczecin.
If you care about time, we encourage you to place an order in advance by choosing the shipping method: pickup in person. In this way, we will prepare your order in advance.

When buying in our store, you have the option to return the goods free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase!
In the event of a complaint, you can also take advantage of the free return within the period specified in the product warranty period.

If the ordered product for some reasons turned out to be wrong, you can use free return of goods within 30 days of purchase!
In the event of a complaint, you also have the right to a free return within the period specified in the warranty period of the product.
All you need to do is complete a simple return form in 4 simple steps.

How to take advantage of the free return of goods?
- Fill out the product return form
- Wait for verification. Usually it takes us less than an hour!
- Send the package. After accepting the application, you will receive a return code, with which you will send the parcel at any parcel locker.
- Wait for your money back. You will receive a refund within 7 days, which we will inform you about by e-mail.
Other shipping method?
- Make a statement. Download one of the forms below, fill it in and send it to us sklep@filarzdrowie.pl - it is important to clearly indicate your data and the order number to which the return relates in the message.
- Send the goods. Send the parcel to the following address: HF, Mieszka I 80, 71-011 Szczecin, +48 690 142 615. Remember to include the proof of purchase in the package.
- Wait for a reply. We will contact you as soon as possible. From the receipt of the goods, we have 14 days to process your request
What goods cannot be returned?
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or
for hygiene reasons, the packaging of which was opened after delivery (e.g. medicinal products, supplements, wet wipes)
