Minerals - dietary supplements

Minerals are dietary supplements that are necessary for the proper functioning of the body, and their deficiency can have serious health consequences.
Research shows that minerals in as many as 80% of Poles are deficient. The reason for this phenomenon is heavily industrialized food production - the rapid growth rate of plants does not allow the extraction of a sufficiently large amount of elements from the soil.

Dietary supplements are a type of product that provides the body with nutrients and also helps with weight control. There are many different types of dietary supplements, such as minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and herbal extracts.

There is no such thing as a "magic ball" supplement that will help you lose weight without any effort on your part. Almost any supplement will have some effect on your body, but it's unclear whether the effect is helpful or harmful.

The best way to know for sure is to talk to your doctor or nutritionist before taking any supplements. Be wary of side effects and other dangers of dietary supplements, and always carefully follow the instructions on the product labels.
